If you’re buying it to boost your hair and nail growth, it works. If you’re purchasing it for the taste, go elsewhere. Just mix it with some orange juice and you’ll be fine. I even mix it in with my applesauce and I don’t have a problem with it at all. My nails are the strongest and longest that they’ve ever been. And my hair is healthy & beautiful.

Is curly ginger hair a complete turn off?
I always liked my hair Complete Hair but someone told me I should dye it and straighten it :( It’s kinda bright reddy brown with ringlets (and straight side bangs)
