This is a great book for someone starting to do their makeup. I’m glad they have pictures of different products one can use to achieve e.g. the bronzing effect. Although there are many Sephora collection items scattered throughout this book, they do include other brands. I believe it’s just to give someone an idea of what they can use, including MAC, Sigma, Coastal Scents, drugstore brands, etc. I would be shocked if there wasn’t any Sephora stuff in there at all since it’s a book by Sephora. They give great tips. Easy read and follow for teens.

How can I make my hair Wavy without making it crunchy from mousee?
I love From Hair how wavy hair looks, i just dont like the crunch from hair products, and i dont like how it looks with a hair crimper.Can any one help me?

    Product Description
    Low level laser light has been shown as the most effective new treatment for thinning hair.

    The implication is that it will GROW hair but the product description is far too vague, no where do I see the magic words WILL GROW HAIR…..

    Right to the point, 650NW Light Therapy works. The question is which unit do you choose (hair pro, hair max, laser max, etc). I own many LLT machines including HairPro, LightWorks, LaserMax,and RayMax. They all work, but most of them are either uncomfortable to use or require an AC adapter.

    I first saw the X5 in a SkyMall catalog. I purchased it right away. To my surprise, WOW!. This is, in my opinion, the most complete, easy to use unit. It brought all of the nice features into a single unit.

    I purchased this type of hair laser due to the larger area of coverage and that it is cordless/rechargable. I have found it to be extremely easy to use. I like the timer feature. I’ve been using it for two months and have been happy thus far. I will reserve the 5 stars for the six month point when I should really be able to judge its effectiveness. It definitely does cover a large area at a time and is easy to use sitting in front of the tv or walking around.

    I was motivated to buy my X5 Hair Laser because I was losing a lot of hair in the last winter. I had heard about the laser technology in hair treatment before I bought my one. A dermatologist suggest me the laser treatmeny. I bought it in January/2010 and in February I already noted the reduction in my hair fall.

    I can not say that it will work for everyone but at least it worked in my problem because different reasons cause hair’s fall. I would like to emphasize that I have been taking some vitamins and I use minoxidil in my hair. I believe that the combination of X5 + vitamins + minoxidil is responsible for the success of my hair regrowth treatment.

    This nose hair trimmer wasn’t at all satisfactory to me, and was returned after my attempts to use it failed miserably.

    Great item that meets, if not exceeds, my expectations. Easy to use, and it works. The stainless steel is a huge plus. Prior to receiving this I would have to oil my battery/electric side-burn trimmer occasional for the job, as the blades tend to built up rust and freeze when turned on. This use to be a Sunday evening chore for me, but now I just check daily, and if need be I do a quick job in about 20-30 seconds. I like the fact that you can dis-assemble the entire unit for a thorough cleaning if you wish. Although not necessary, I like the leather case. The unit is tiny, but once again it works. It takes up essentially no room when packing for a trip. I’ve only used this for a couple of weeks, but if it keeps up the current performance, it gets an A+ in my book.

    The thing I most liked about this trimmer is that because it is smaller than electric trimmers, you can fit it deeper into your nose. I like the feeling of trimming the hairs all the way up my nostrils as it helps me breathe easier. Also, it cuts more closely than scissors. You have to be careful to turn it as you remove it from your nose, otherwise you’ll pull hairs out by the root. The biggest problem with this trimmer is that it quickly gets clogged with hairs that are impossible to get out unless you take the trimmer apart and clean it with a Q-tip…too much work for me.
