My daughter started using It’s a 10 after going blonde, it worked really well as long as she used a heated flat iron once her hair was dry. The same was for me but my hair was not colored, I am naturally gray and the product worked great as long as I used the flat iron. BUT…we noticed this summer when the days were over 100 degrees, we quit using the flat iron and just put our hair up, because it was to hot to use heat on it. Well now both of out hair looks and feels like a straw broom, the ‘It’s a 10, Mask and Conditioner’ does not seem to work at all if you don’t use heat on your hair. We both have schedule an appointment to get our hair cut short and I don’t think we will be using the product again, even though we have 3 mask and 2 conditioners still around the house.
