Just finished activating…..not greasy….the smell isn’t that bad….my hair dried real quick and straightened easily!!! Will update after the 48 hours……UPDATE….after 48 hours still not greasy or that foul smelling….washed, conditioned and treated with leave-in….dried super quick….no frizz after just free drying(no brush) straightened super fast and soft!!! Super soft and shiny, no frizz, even my colored random gray hairs that usually stick up from the top are smooth!!!! Love it….keeping 4 stars until some time passes…to see how long it lasts!!!!! Still need to test the curls!!!!!

How can I speed up facial hair growth?
I’m 23-years-old and don’t have a beard…I can grow a bit of hair on my top lip and I have two patches either side of my chin, but that’s it.When I shave I look like a ten-year-old.I get ID’d for fags, spray paint, knives, booze…I’m Hair Starter 24 in March and it zaps me off all self-confidence to think that I might still be “bald” into my 30s. My dad and my grandads never had this problem. My dad had a beard from aged 14.How can I speed up the process? I’ve gone through bouts of shaving everyday but it doesn’t work.I’ve heard of Minoxidil but does it really work?I’m a late starter to Uni and I won’t graduate till I’m 26 or 27. I can’t imagine the humilation of going for my first real interviews for my career jobs and looking like I’ve just crawled out of high school…Thanks.

The most important step in this process is to flat iron the hair in small sections with a very hot (450 degree) flat iron. If you only dry it wih a hair dryer, it will not fuze the product to your hair. The texture of my hair, once it was dry with the product on, was not that great, but once I did the flat iron step…wow! I had my hair professionally straightened 8 weeks ago, and although I loved it, it didn’t last very long and it was very expensive. So far, the results from this product are even better than the salon treatment (I had lots of flyaway hairs for several days). There is no smell at all, and it’s not sticky. I probably only used 1/4 of the spray bottle (was nervous after reading some comments). I think it was plenty…I guess my first shampoo will be the test. My hair is so soft and not a bit frizzy. From my last treatment, I know this does not eliminate all curls (I would say 30-40 percent) but the frizz is gone. Can’t wait to see the post wash results!!

I really like this product, my hair looks great. What I like about this product is that I still have my curls but they are soft and freeze free.

I am a hairstylist and have done the Keratin treatments (not liquid) in my hair 7 times so far. (Every 3 months) Each time, my hair gets better and better. The more damaged the hair, the better the results.

It is a godsend for people with frizzy hair or who want to relax the curl. The reason this doesn’t work, is that it doesn’t contain any sort of formaldahyde. That is what gets the hair smooth , not keratin….even though that’s what companies want you to believe,( that is also what they tell the stylists in classes.) I have done extensive research because for me it is the best thing created and I wanted to learn all I could about keratin.

We have 4 different kinds of Keratin in our salon with different strengths. When you heat the hair with a 450 degree iron (420 for very fine damaged hair) it turns it into a kind of formaldahyde. That is what will get it smooth.

The best thing to do if you want to save money is to buy a brand on ebay, craigslist, that is used in a salon. Coppola ,or simply smooth are good ones. THe stuff is expensive. It costs the salon $ 110 for 8 oz. Most people need 2 to 3 oz. ( 2 0z for medium thickness should be enough. )You want to get it on, but not saturate the hair.. When you comb it thru, you don’t want tons on the comb. The most important thing is flat ironing it in small sections and waiting the recommended time to wash it.

Just want to save people money…that this product doesn’t work.
    Good luck

I am a liscensed Cosmetologist as well as a Cosmetology instructor. I have been using this product for over a year and I would recommend this product to anyone who is unhappy with the texture of their hair. I HAD cousre, curly, kinky hair. I have tried all the proffessional products out there and damaged my hair in the process, but not with this product. Also as a stylist I smelled alot of products that are used on textured hair that smell aweful and this product is not even close to smelling bad, infact many of my students like the way it smells. Before I started using this product I would have to choose between having the haircolor that I want or having smoothe hair. With this product I get the best of both worlds. I also had difficulty with my damage ends splitting and breaking off, making it impossible for my hair to grow past my shoulders, but not anymore. It is very easy to use and as well as maintain and if you use the shampoo and conditioner in this product line the results will last you along time, just need to apply it to your new growth every 6 to 8 weeks.

I’m not sure about the shampoo/conditioner, but the daily application treatment (specifically the bottle with the spraying cap–see picture) has a great mild styling effect as if I’d used a small amount of gel. Using all three products as directed I have noticed some growth of very light “baby hair” where formerly my hair was looking a little thin. Don’t expect miracles, but do expect some improvement.
