I used the product religiously for two week and saw growth. By week 3 and 4 I guess by body got used to the extra nutrients and used them everywhere else but my hair. It is a hassle for me not see a tremendous change. I may have high standards though. I will probably just buy something from the pharmacy from now on and save 50 bucks on horse pills. My hair is healthier now because I deep condition it weekly but HF 37 was underwhelming.

Is there any point of taking hair growth vitamins if I’m under stress?
You know, like the whole biotin, silica, MSM, etc with multi Hair Growth Vitamins vitamin.If I’m under stress, since stress stops hair growth, is there any point of taking these vitamins.?I’m also taking Dong Quai vitamins along with it, which I heard was a stress blocker.But I don’t know if that’s enough – I’ve been REALLY stressed lately.
