I liked the reconstructing masque, however I did not use it with the Renew Strength Shampoo. My hair had been shedding dramatically and after using the Masque, it decreased by about 75%. The key to using these products I believe, because they contain protein to strengthen hair, you have to follow them up with a very moisturizing conditioner. Moisurefuse is excellent, but any moisturizing conditioner of your choice would help. If you use them without using a conditioner, your hair will remain hard afterwards.

what are the best methods for faster hair growth?
i’m in 8th grade and my hair is about an inch past my shoulders, school starts september 9th but i want a totally new look for highschool, which is september 9th, Hair Renew Shampoo 2010 i know i have plenty of time for my hair to grow but i love doing all sorts of things with my hair and my mom wont let me dye me hair anymore til it’s fully grown out of its bad stage and renewed. i have extensions, but they’re starting to get really annoying. are there any methods that can speed up my hair growth?like, certain shampoo, something i put in my hair overnight and wash out next morning? stuff like that.

    I do not advice people with coarse and dry hair to use this product. I used it and it striped my hair, made it hard to handle, and dried it out.
