I’ve fried my hair.

I had a straightening process done and at the end the tech used a straightener, while my hair was damp and right at the temples it quickly turned to crinkly dry frizz. I was devastated. So I came to Amazon to see what others had used.

The shampoo by this company is the most gentle I’ve ever tried, really nice non drying yet cleans any styling products out of the hair. This treatment is great, made the crinkled mess feel softer and look shiny again. I would recommend it to any one with moderate damage. Sadly my damage is greater :(

I’m now using emu oil shampoo and conditioner with Fekkai (buy it a beauty.com)repairative conditioner and am seeing great results.

Using too many products on my hair?

Why? Which ones should I stop using? I’m 16 years old, I lose quite a lot of hair lately, I had thick hair but now it’s thinner, it’s long and frizzy, My hair was quite oily but now it’s more dry, I have split ends so I started to cut my hair every 2 months at least, I wash my hair two times a week and straighten it 3 times a week maybe more:\ It’s just won’t stay straight!Any advices?Thank you!

    Without question this is the best shampoo (and accompanying conditioner) I have ever used!! I have thin, fine, straight hair that can be oily at the roots and dry at the ends. This shampoo is a wonderful balance and it takes care of my oily scalp and does not dry out my ends. Also, this shampoo doesn’t leave any residue to weight my hair down. If my hair has any residue on it, I cannot make it fluff. I have used this produce for approx. 7 years and I cannot recommend it highly enough. With this said, buyer beware, this product isn’t made any longer. The “new” bottle has block writing on it and it is a new formula. (The product here is the old product.) So, as long as this original bottle can be gotten, buy it. As for the new formula, I wouldn’t give you two cents for it. It is very heavy and oily. The best way I can describe it is if you put suntan lotion on your hair. That’s the feel of it. I am stocking up on this “old” product until I can no longer buy it.

    I have used this shampoo for over 3 years which is probably my longest stretch ever with a shampoo. It rinses well and leaves no residue. I have a medium thick hair that may run a little dry at the ends.

    This is an excellent conditioner, especially if your hair is sensitive and requires a lot of regular, quality conditioning. It also comes in a much larger size if you go through conditioner quickly. It spreads well through my thick hair and did a good job of conditioning without making my hair oily.

    I was looking for a less expensive alternative to Morrocainoil Intense Hydrating Mask. This product has a watery consistency and works just ok on my very dry, color treated hair. For really hydrated locks, I am going to have to spend the extra money on the Morrocainoil products. I tried the small size of this produce, which was only about $8 on Amazon, so it is worth the try because everyone’s hair is so different.

    Struggled with dry damaged hair from years of coloring and sun. With regular use, my hair is healthy and has great texture.
