I have a ridiculous cowlick that presents itself as a long, thick part that goes down the crown of my head. Nothing helps that – I just had to try not to sit in front of anyone… With Toppik, I sprinkle some on my crown, rub it in a bit with my fingers, and I know that it’s covered. The cowlick is still there, but you can’t see the 3″ long canal of scalp down the back of my head that made me so self conscious before. I won’t leave the house without using it.

Has anyone used Toppek Hair Fattener or Toppik Fibers?
I’m only 21 but my hair is so thin that I sometimes have spots that look like I’m balding! I’ve been hiding it just by hair spraying my hair everyday but it’s not that great Toppik ReGrowth of a solution and then I have to wash my hair a lot more than normal. I know this is hereditary because my mom has super fine, thin hair too. Well, I’ve been doing some research and I’ve found these products Toppek Hair Fattener and Toppik Fibers, have any females used these products with good results? Or any other similar products? I already know Nioxin doesn’t really help me so please don’t suggest that. Thanks for your suggestions!

    This is my second bottle im using and although it does seem to make the hairs somewhat thicker, its nowhere near whats claimed on the bottle. Bottle claims that “you will see significant thickening after one use” but that is too good to be true so use the whole bottle and maybe you’ll see some change. My bro was using it as well and he did start to see some fine hair regrow so thats why i bought another bottle. Smells great though so thats a plus :) I use the shampoo and their conditioner every day.

    I definitely notice less hair in the drain after continued use of the shampoo, but it definitely does NOT make your hair thicker. I think it is strengthening the hair I have, which is a bonus, but it shouldn’t advertise that your hair will become thicker, because it won’t.

    This is a great product and tool to use in the salon for those clients who are thinning in certain areas. My clients have enjoy the instant thickness this product provides. One of my clients calls it a miracle product. I recommend this to anyone who is thinning and very self conscious of their hair to give them the confidence they need.

    This is great product for people who loosing hair or on the medical process. This would retain the confidence as you are in good sharp. Highly recommend !!

    I have used Toppik for years. I am a woman with thinning hair on the crown of my head and this product completely covers the white shiny scalp (gross!) in the part of my hair.

    Here is what I’ve learned:

    1. Buy a color a bit lighter than your hair. I have medium brown hair, but I use the light brown.

    2. Don’t shake it on your hair, tap it gently on your scalp!

    3. I part my hair (mine is chin length) with a zig zag part (better than a straight part to hide mild hair loss). Gently tap the jar upside down right along the part while checking in the mirror. It doesn’t take a lot of Toppik for mild hair loss, so go easy! It shouldn’t look like fur, it should just makes the part a bit darker, so it disappears. Use a second mirror to see the back and top of your head. If any gets on your forehead, wipe off with some alcohol on a cotton pad.

    4. Use a little hairspray to hold the zig zag part in place, if necessary.

    5. When I first open a new jar, I use masking tape to tape off about 1/3 of the jar opening, as a lot comes out when you tap it on to your head. You only need a little. It doesn’t have to be a solid dark to disappear, just the same color as your hair or close to it.

    This product is almost unbelievable. My hair is thinning quit a bit at the back part of the crown. Toppik Building Fibers makes the unfortunately-visible-scalp disappear. It works best when the after-spray is used. The spray must fix it in place. I was afraid it was going to look like I spray-painted my head (Did you see the Fabulous Baker Boys movie?) but it does not. It looks like there is more hair on that part of the scalp. I’m not sure exactly how Toppik works, but I will be using this product as long as I have some hair around for it to work with. I mean it.

    how can i review when the item has not been received by me. i will be contacting my bank,. this is a very shoddy practice by your supplier. they did not send me the product.

    I have never received my order from this vendor, TheBeautyCenter. I urge a buyer to be extra cautious with this on-line store, cause they don’t disclose their physical address, nor do they care to answer e-mails by addresses provided in the “contacts” section.

    Toppik is wonderful for women and men. I don’t know what I would do without it. It is soooo natural looking and covers up bald spots with natural looking hair. Thank goodness I found Toppik.
