My recommendation for someone trying this for the first time without any technical experience is to do the same. I also recommend that you have fair skin with dark hair. If you have dark skin do not test this on visible areas and maybe try using some Desenex baby cream on your skin to lighten it temporarily. Make sure you are coming in at an angle to the hair almost forming an x. The diagrams are in the instructions. You can also ice the area also in the instructions. Start on the lowest setting and work up as needed to kill the hair follicle. The instructions were obviously not written
