I have trouble keeping my dark brunette hair from fading to a reddish hue between colors. This shampoo and the adjoining conditioner really helped to prevent this, keeping my color cooler and darker for much longer than before. This shampoo doesn’t really create any suds, and getting hair completely clean is a little tricky. However, I am willing ignore this in the name of my more beautifully preserved hair color!!

If the ICC doesnt support Hair then every umpire will have to watch who he upsets, so necxt time Hair Support Pakistan cheats, shoudl the umpire just stay quiet so not to be called racist? Then Pakistan can cheat for decades again. Remeber no one has ever caught Hair being dishonest but Pakistan have admitted the cheated and took bribes for decades, yet HAir is being called into question.

    This product does what it claims to do – keep reds redder longer. Henna is not a permanent color. It has no chemicals to damage the hair. It colors the hair but does not penetrate the shaft, so it fades. I’ve put henna (Light Mountain) on my hair for many years. True Red shampoo keeps the color true, bright and natural. Whatever your hair pleasure, B&B carries an excellent product for it. This is one of them. I do not use the color conditioner, however, because it left color on the shower floor, the towel and on my clothes, no matter how much I rinsed it out. I use one of the non-color conditioners – which one depends on my hair style and length, which changes.

    I purchased this product with the matching conditioner, and also got the Aveda Madder Root products at the same time.

    Of the two product sets, i prefer the Aveda. The Bumble and Bumble leaves my hair feeling dry and doesn’t really seem to enhance the color much.

    I am not sure what I was expecting or looking for, but I am not so sure this does anything.

    Other than the fact that I must use 5 pumps to create a lather in my very short hair, I suppose it works like regular shampoo. I was told, paired with the conditioner, that this would help preserve my red. How can I tell?

    As a regular shampoo, this isn’t awful. But does it really serve a dual purpose? I don’t think so.

    Love this shampoo and conditioner! A great way to cut back on the amount of times you color your hair. I actually haven’t had to recolor in a year thanks to True Reds!! Helps prevent the frizz I get from my curly hair as well. Amazing!

    This shampoo and conditioner did absolutely nothing for my unwanted warm tones and brassiness. I can’t believe how much they charged me for a product that did not work. Really the only plus I can see about this product is its low pH. Do not waste your money.

    This product allows you to keep your hair color longer. I have used MANY products and even though this one is a bit more costly, I love it. Pair it with the conditioner and you have a perfect combo.

    Very happily suprised by this conditioner. I haven’t had a lot of luck with B&B conditioners, I am just not impressed, so I expected NOTHING from a color support product- And oddly it left my hair really super soft, feeling light, hydrated, & it even detangled easily. The shine when it dries is amazing .No weigh down or frizzies either.
    I really like the smell,it is just sort of naturally, herby, slightly musky? masculine? whatever it is it’s faint, pleasant, and regardless, it fades fast. Side note: the bottle is really pretty in my shower.
    My color is at the fading point and this definitley revved it up, though nothing drastic- I had previously been a fan of Artec for a long time, but it dried my hair out, and left it too white/greyish, not the cool sunstreaked platinum that it was meant to be.After consistant use, I can really see and appreciate the fresh revivied look in my hair.
    I think the B&B is designed to be more subtle. It carefully instructs us to use with the matching shampoo ( “a must”) but I didn’t have enough moola for that, so I used with the Gentle and just have really dug my results. And I’m darn picky.
    Now I am asking for the matching Shampoo for Christmas, so we’ll see.
    Definitely reccomend . Still shaking my head that THIS is my fav B&B conditioner….I absolutley love it-
    Side note: I actually found it at my salon later for slightly less expensive, although Amazon’s prices are competitive.

    For any light blonde, this product is wonderful to keep the brass away! My hairdresser recommended it and I’ll never be without.

    This conditioner is very good!! It brings out my highlights & imparts mirror like shine, helps tone down brassiness alot. I will definatly buy again!!! The matching shampoo is also wonderful ( a Mothers day present from my son) I picked out of course!! ( 5-23)I had to add more to this reveiw, I am so pleased with this product, usually 3 weeks after coloring, my roots are really showing & my color is fading & brassy. My color looks like it was just done, I also use the shampoo. I am so!!! pleased to be able to touch up my color less often, so much better for your hair!! If you have a cool blonde shade you have to give this a try!!!
