Grow My Hair Long

I most likekly stunt my growth, is that “damage” permanent?
I never drank milk in all of my whole life(hate it haha), and from the age of 15 i began getting really bad sleep (well i never noticed because my body seems to be functional at night even after 4 hours of sleep i can roll for a long time) So i’ve exposed my body to a few years of excessive bad sleep, i literally mean like 4 hours sleep a night, a treat would be 6 once in a while, sometimes i slept 3 hours, on weekends Regain Growth Treatment i slept 10 hours of course.So my sleeping and habit and lack of milk, etc. I’m pretty certain i have stunt my growth in some shape or form. I feel by the shape of my body i was Designed to be taller, but i’m not sure. I’m 18 now, 19 in a month. I know guys grow t’ill around 21. But is growth stunt unreparable? Or is there something I can do specifically to regain it, besides obviously getting good sleep and eating better which I have been slowly doing gradually towards a more sane life style. So, is it too late?By the way I am 5 feet 7. Which may not be short, by original standards, but its not tall and its borderline, I feel to many man are more taller than me, Yet again I am at a work place full time t’ill i resume studys, all of whom are 20 + mostly. At least those taller than me, but it still disturbds me. So, is it late? If not, what are the best assets i can put in my situation in order to assure optimimal chance to grow haha. Thanks
