I love Giovanni shampoos and conditioners – the Tea Tree one is my favorite, and this one is very good also. Cleans well, doesn’t strip hair, leaves it very shiny and soft. Rinses well. Wish they made a companion conditioner – then I’d give it 5 stars!

I used it every day for several years now, using the large 33 ounces bottles, and with a subscription for a decent price. Smells good, good wash. I used it with the matching conditionner. Nice combo.
I’ll use it again for a while, and would recommend it.

Great price for 2 liters of shampoo. Very good for men with oily scalp and hair.

I have used this product for years. I use it every day. It has a fresh clean smell and really goes a long way. The best price I have found is on Amazon. I usually order the two big bottles which last me about a year and take advantage of the free shipping from Amazon.

I have used this product for a month. it is much better than my usual shampoo, however I can’t really give it a glowing review. it seems to help with my scalp better, but it is not a life changing shampoo.

Having ordered and paid for 2 of the 8 oz. size shampoos listed, I was surprised to receive 2 of the 2 oz. size shampoos. I received a response to my email asking for correction of this error indicating that the website listing was erroneous and that the 8 oz. size was no longer available, but, as a courtesy, I could keep the 2 small sizes sent and the amount I paid would be refunded except for the shipping/handling charge. Since that amount represented almost 1/2 the total amount paid, this wasn’t much of a deal. Subsequently, however, I received a notice from Amazon that the full amount I paid was being refunded. Worth the hassle? I don’t think so.

The product was excellent! The price was very inexpensive.
I will buy one again when I run out of it.
    Thank you!!!

Smells nice, who knows if it actually aids in preventing hair loss but I’m skeptical at best.

I have been using this product for about two years. It is impossible to know if it really does help with hair loss (without doing a long-term, huge, double blind study). But I can say that I like the way it works, smells, performs. A bottle lasts a long, long time. Handles oily hair and scalp well.

I thought this would be a perfect fix for my oily hair and my husbands dandruff. I usually have to wash it twice to get it really clean. Initially it was great. Lathered well and cleaned well. Smelled wonderful. After a few weeks, my hair started feeling dryer and rough. After two months, my hair was so dry, it felt like straw. Coincidentally, my husband asked me one night to look at his head because it kept itching while he was at work. It was a mess of peeling skin and little bloody spots where he had been itching so much. We have stopped using it, and the itchiness is starting to go away. I’m not sure how much Tea Tree Oil is actually in the product. We’ve used other products with the oil in it and it creates a pleasant tingling on the scalp.

I have tried other shampoos by the same company, such as the “Pure” and “Raspberry” varieties. I really liked them a lot and would recommend all the others. Burt’s Bees and Avalon Organics Lavender shampoo are my favorites too. This Lemon shampoo was more then adequate to remove the oil off my scalp. I think it is a little overkill. The other reviewer was correct in saying that the hole in the bottle was too small to get the product out. I remedied that by enlarging it with the tip of my meat thermometer.

I bought a pack of 3. I have used half a bottle now, and it works for my oily hair. I like it and I will keep using it!

I have oily hair and love this shampoo. It works great – cleans well and controls the oil throughout the day. The price on Amazon 9now about $26 for a 3 pack) is outrageous – I just bought a bottle for <$4. Definitely will continue to buy – but not from here.

I love the smell of this shampoo. It’s great for anyone that has oily hair. The only problem I’ve had is after I’ve shampooed I have a problem getting a comb through my hair even with conditioner.

I love this shampoo!! It is one of the few shampoo that keep your hair looking and feeling clean for more than 1 day; it smells good as well.

I purchased this shampoo after reading the positive reviews. It helped more than the other expensive shampoos I was using, but I did not notice a significant change. The fragrance is mild and I feel my scalp refreshed and clean the day I wash my hair only. The shampoo is very thin/liquidy and I have to be careful when applying it. My hair is long and I try to wash it every other day to prevent damage. My scalp is oily, but not lenght & ends. I am not completely satisfied with this product, won’t purchase it again and continue look for something better.

I have an extremely oily scalp and this is the only shampoo I have found that works!! It is amazing! It is well worth the money!

Normally, my roots are very oily halfway through the day. using this i can go the whole day. It is very runny, but it works. sometimes i just use on the top/front after my regular shampoo to save cash so i don’t have to use so much everyday. Tried other oily scalp shampoos- this one is it so far. I’m a repeat buyer. Glad i found this, it is great when you have to look nice for special occasions and events.

I’ve had oily hair since I was in Middle School/Junior High. For 20+ years, I used the same over-the-counter oily hair formula shampoo. Then, about 2 years ago, I couldn’t find that shampoo anywhere anymore. Nor, could I find any over-the-counter shampoo designed for oily hair. Does no one have oily hair anymore? I tried using a variety of regular shampoos, but my hair would get oily and stringy by the end of the day. I had to wash my hair every day. Then, my hair-stylist suggested this shampoo. I was hesitant because of the price, but I decided to try it. It took a few tries, but now I only have to wash my hair every other day! Hooray! The only thing I don’t like about this shampoo (besides the price) is that it is a thin liquid. It is not thick like most shampoos. If I’m not quick, this expensive shampoo runs right through my fingers and down the drain before I can even get it onto my hair!

Female 26 years of age: I got this shampoo because initially I became paranoid that my hair was thinning. I have very fine hair anyway, but my baby hair around the hairline seemed less dense than usual, thus making me feel like I was balding. After finishing one 8oz. bottle of Nisim shampoo, I ordered a giant 33oz. bottle, not only because my head seems to be as hairy as before, but also because my fine, dull, and impossibly tangly hair is now actually much more brushable and shiny. The length seems to have hastened as well and I no longer panic and obsess about thinning hair. Would like to eventually try the conditioner as well.
