Convenient info on ReGrowth System
After reading the online reviews and talking with my stylist (she recommended the system 3 for my fine and color treated hair) I decided to give Nioxin a try. After several weeks of use I have not noticed ANY decrease in hair loss. My hair is now lifeless and is getting oily at a quicker rate.
Also, the smell of the shampoo and conditioner has a horrible menthol scent. I expected the scent to be bad based on prior reviews, but I just could not take it. I don’t know if your mother ever used Vicks Vapo Rub on you, but just imagine that scent all over your head. I used to enjoy washing my hair, but now cringe at the sight of the Nioxin bottles when climbing into the shower.
Maybe I am the odd one out since the other reviewers really like this product, but I do not recommend it. If you are going to give this product a try I would start with a small bottle first. I spent the money on the liter set and now regret the investment.
I relaxed my hair about a month ago, but they were really dry cause i always wore them curly and didn’t moistruze enough. Now my hair seems healthy overall, I have no split ends , they’re shiny although they seem thinner than usual cause i had really thick hair. The problem is all of a sudden I noticed ReGrowth System a patch just really shorter than the rest of my hair on the back of my head that I had already cut to less than an inch and had grown really fast(a year) and are medium lenght. So this patch of hair is really short, but it’s apparently growing cause i have at least an inch of regrowth overall…But still, can anyone explain why my hair broke off so suddenly and apparently for no reason considering the fact that I shampoo, condition and do a cholesterol mask once or twice a week (i’m using soft and sheen, the purple system), I blow dry n flat iron 1 or 2/week i massage my scalp every night with a growth lotion and i wrap my hair everyday before going to sleep and moisturize every morning.
