I purchased this product not knowing if it would be what I was looking for. After using it a couple of times, I think it will work. I use this as the base, enhanced with dark brown Topik. Together, they work much better than if they were used separately. Topik has the color I need, but the Hair Cubed will allow me to use less of each. I am very happy with this combination!

Recovering from anorexia, and I have a few questions?
My parents sat me down in my room last night and we had a talk about my eating and about how they’re worrried about me (and I was crying the whole time), and it made me come to the decision to get better from this disorder. They’re really worried and just want to see me healthy.I’m going to the doctor Tuesday to get weighed, but I started trying to gain weight today. I’ve had Hair Fiber Organic a lot of healthy food (banana, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, fiber one and cheerios cereal, organic peanut butter, sunflower seeds, mixed nuts, peach, and more) and in all, it’s probably wayyy over 2,000 calories. My dad bought me some Ensure drinks today, but I haven’t had one yet. I feel sick from eating so much, so I think I’m going to slow down on the eating. (I’m still having whole wheat pasta tonight though.)-Am I doing the wrong thing by just stuffing my face with tons of food? – how long until my body gets back to normal? (my hair is falling out and I haven’t had my period since November).- I’ve read that all of the weight will be stored around my stomache at first, so when will my BOOBS start to grow?! ;) -What are some other healthy foods I can be eating? (No meat, I’m a vegetarian for ethical reasons)-When will my matabolism go back to normal?
