so, i just found out that i am clinically proven obese, and i want to lose weight?
i need to lose weight, i dont look sooo fat yeah im fat but being called obese like 3 times at the doctors yesterday, hurts, i dont want to be like this anymore. i hate my body and i cant deal with it anymore, Clinically Proven i need a change. so starting yesterday, i want to live healthy and exercise. i want to lose 30 pounds by may, or before may, and i need a plan. im 13, going to be 14 in november, 5′3 and 165 pounds, i know im huge. i would really appreciate it if someone made be a plan. and how much weight would i lose if i exercise for an hour everyday, eat healthy and get focused by april?i eat healthy and stay away from things i know i shouldnt eat, its just the exercise and portion control, she said. i need to lose weight, and lower my blood pressurei am soo comitted, i just need a plan
