I’m a female and natural redhead with very fine long hair..plus my age (late 40s) has brought thinning hair. I’ve tried many products for thinning hair and/or those advertising adding more body. This is the best shampoo I’ve found..I’m thrilled it builds body in my hair so well. I also use a very mild conditioner from avon which is not for body. My hair is soft and full..it feels and looks so good. We all know what works for one person might not work for another, but this is worth a try.

Does this sound like a good acne treatment ?
Take 1 zinc capsule everyday , 3 flax seed oil capsules , and 1 biotin capsule daily.Wash Biotin Zinc my face with advantage acne clenser from the 3 piece kit.Use coco butter as a moisterizer and then over that put a layer of benzaclin on only the pimples.then in the morning wash my face with the advantage acne clenser.how does that sound?
