I read online to take only 1 mg or 1000 mcg of Biotin daily for breaking, chipping nails. So I’ve been taking Biotin for about 6 weeks now & my nails look really great. they haven’t been this long in years. At the same time, I’m using Nailtek brand nail fixer polish.

Looking for some good hair products?
I’m looking for a couple different types of hair products that aren’t expensive.I have really thick, coarse, frizzy hair and it is very damaged!I’m looking for:a smoothing serum or paste of some sort that smoothes out frizz and Super Biotin Skin makes hair soft and shiny to apply after styling my hair. (not an oil, because I straighten my hair usually everyday, so I don’t want to deep fry my hair. haha…)a conditioner for dry damaged hairany good suggestions? My hair IS coloured, by the way. So something for coloured hair is preferable.What are some other products that may help out in keeping my hair healthy?Also, has anyone tried the Super Potency Biotin vitamins for skin, hair, and nails?What are your opinions on them?Any help is appreciated.
