Blog on Hair Regain All

I love it! It gets hot very fast and keeps the heat. It gets my curly hair very straight.
When i was in highschool i would grow my hair long and i would notice that by my neck all those hairs would be much shorter they would break off i guess. So i would always Hair Regain All cut it to my neck bone. I havent given it much thought till today. I’ve been growing my hair for 2 yrs now and my hair is falling out sooo much. I noticed that where my hair used to be shorter at by my neck its almost bald. Its like my neckline receded. Do you think that long hair is weights my fragile hair down and makes it break should i cut it shorter so i can regain hair growth and fullness. Thanks

buzz buzz cut cut oh what a haircut i got.
my whole neighborhood now borrows this.
so i would say it works.
We purchased this kit because my sons wanted to get simple buzz cuts and we didn’t want to spend the money or time at the salon to get this done. It is easy to use and works beautifully. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get a close cropped cut. Paid for itself in two uses. I would purchase this kit again.
Gave this as a gift for fathers day. It worked out great cuts hair much better than our older clippers and with a price like this its rediculous not to get one.
Just got my Wahl 23-piece haircut kit today, ripped it open, and cut my 3 year old’s hair. It was great! I was pretty concerned after reading reviews about the noise since both my kids are extremely sensitive to noises, but it didn’t bother either of them. Considering that they flee the room when I even grind coffee, I really don’t consider the Wahl to be that loud. It was easy to use and the instructions were great! I was doing so well, that I got a little careless and sliced his ear, but other than that, I was pretty amazed at how good the haircut looks. I’ve seen some pretty sloppy do-it-yourself cuts, but I don’t think you can tell his hair wasn’t done by a salon for the outrageous price of $16. Yay!
For those considering home haircut kit for the first time, the Wahl was great for us and you can’t beat the price! Two cuts and it will have paid for itself. Plus I like having the option to do touchups on the long hair over the ears. And I can shave my hubby’s neck and eyebrows! Haha.
I’ve got strange mixed Asian/Caucasian hair that’s really long, fine, soft, and wavy, but also golden blonde (of the porous and dull variety). I’m generally lazy so when necessary I usually blow dry my hair for the 45 minutes it takes to dry it completely, but it’s never straight or shiny. My sister irons her shiny brunette hair that I always envied as a kid, so about six months ago I decided that I’d buy a flat iron and try it out, but never got around to the actual purchase. One day while at Target buying toothpaste I thought I saw someone I knew but didn’t wish to encounter, so I ran off to hide in another aisle. Standing before a wall of flat irons, I recalled my decision to buy one and ended up with this Wet-to-Straight. I grabbed some heat protectant, and when the coast was clear, I got my toothpaste and left.
The next day, after I showered, I sat around for about 20 minutes with a towel on my head, combed out the tangled mass, applied my heat protectant, and started quickly running pretty big chunks of hair through the iron, which I’d set at 25/wet. Looking back on it, I don’t know how I didn’t end up burning myself into oblivion. I just kept my head tilted so my ear faced the floor and pulled my hair downward, alternating quick strokes with the iron and my giant hairbrush. A few strands caught here and there, but I regularly slam my long hair in doors and roll it up in car windows, so this was no big deal to me. As with blow-drying, my hair got weird and wavy/frizzy when it was half-way dry, but as I kept going, rapidly brushing/ironing huge chunks of my hair, it turned out really straight, soft, and smooth, but not at all shiny (this is as good as it gets for me). I couldn’t reach my roots, but since my hair is very long and there is a lot of it, it weighed itself down and dried just fine. I think it took about 25 minutes total, compared to the 45 minutes it takes to blow dry. Later that day I walked outside in the humidity, into a frigid air-conditioned mall, and then got caught in light rain while running to my car. My hair didn’t frizz or curl or move at all in response to these various environmental conditions. It remained limp and lifeless, which is what I was going for.
I don’t really know how the temperature of my blow dryer compares to that of this flat iron, so I can only guess that I’m doing similar rather than worse damage to my hair by only using the flat iron rather than both the blow dryer and the iron. I think that if used regularly it would be a good idea to deep condition on a weekly basis.
I bought this when it first came out several years ago so that I could deal with my VERY THICK, VERY LONG, VERY CURLY hair (not regular curls, but very tight ethnic curls). I have used it for several years and it works quite well—and the best part is it costs a fraction of what the CHI straighteners cost! In the process of learning how to use my wet2straight, I burned my hands a few times, but that was my own fault because I placed my hands in the wrong spot. My only wish is that I would have bought the larger one as it takes me an hour to straighten my hair (since my hair is really long & thick). For the price, you can’t beat it—and it is great for people who don’t have a lot of space in their bathroom cabinets since it’s slim, and makes it unneccessary to purchase a blow dryer! When this one goes I’m getting the 2 inch model.
I love it especially on the mornings when i’m too lazy to dry my hair! I can make my hair not look like crap and not have to waste time drying my hair! Also works great for regular straightener use! Best of both worlds!
I had this product previously. It’s great so I bought one for my daughter! It does the job and it’s inexpensive.
I have two daughters ages 4 and 7. They love the look of the gems in their hair. It is easy to operate. My 7 year old can operate the machine without assistance. She specifically requested it for her birthday and seems to be very happy with it. It works well on different types of hair. My 7 year old has hair down to her waist that is wavy. My 4 year old has very curly ear length hair. All in all a fun gift for girlie girls.
Quick Gems is a HIT! My daughter is six years old and very much about her hair these days. The gems go in easily and remove without much of a fuss. Her hair is longer so you can’t just yank them out but if you take your time it slides right off. I can see us using these over and over for a fun variety of styles. It’s too bad that Santa gets all the credit for this one.
