As others have stated, there is a learning curve so don’t give up! This item really is not meant for eyebrows, and I highly discourage using it there. The manual warns against it because you could pull out eyelashes instead! There is not much precision with this product so pulling out your eyelashes is a valid concern.I don’t recommend attempting it for hours on end until you get it, I recommend trying for maybe 10 minutes at a time across many days. It helps to try it on longer hair first to get the hang of it. If it’s not possible to allow the facial hair to grow longer, try another easily accessible spot like your leg. If I had not tried it on my leg first and seen that it could work, I probably would have given up before figuring it out.
